what do you people do after surgery .how many times in a month do you need to get smaller clothes.it would get exspensive to have to keep buying sizes smaller .so what do some of you do.i know this is probably a weird question to ask.

When I had surgery I wore a size 24, some were too tight.  I went right from a 24 to a 20 so buying 22's wasn't an issue.  I was able to pick up a few pairs of jeans and some tops at the clothing exchange, everything else is from Goodwill.  I bought one new outfit on black Friday because it was cheap enough.
My aunt gave me a huge tote full of size 16's for when I am able to wear those, hopefully by Feb.  Anyway, just keep your eye out for bargains, ask friends and family, and come  to the clothing exchange would be my suggestion.  I had surgery almost five months ago and have only had to change my wardrobe once so its totally doable..than again I think I lose slower than most.

I did not buy any clothes from probably 2 months after I had surgery.  I had lost about 50 pounds before I bought anything.  I went from a 32 to a 24 the first time that I had to buy clothes.  I found a resale shop that is like a consignment shop.  I took my too big clothes in there and bought a couple of things.  Then I went back in like two weeks and she started selling my clothes and then I would take the money that I made and put it back into the resale shop buying clothes that fit.  I also bought a bunch of clothes at rummage sales this summer that were too big or way to small and took them into the resale shop.  I only bought good quality stuff to take to the resale shop.  I also found about 10 shirts for 50cents a piece that still had the tags on them.  So I made a killing off of those.  If you play your cards right, you can get "new" clothes with out spending a lot of money.  I wish you luck.

The beauty of a woman is not seen through what she wears. It is seen through how she carries herself and the way she doesn’t allow herself to settle. Don’t ever let anyone take for granted the beauty that is within you. Stand firm and know that you’re a wonderful person. Always remember your value and respect yourself. I’m so blessed to have you in my life.  Sometimes we all need to be reminded how special we really are!

We have clothing exchanges 4 times a year. we will have coming up in January ( see other posts0 Goodwill and consignment shops have been my friend. It was just recently that I have realized that I could buy my clothes from any store that I want....OMG I am a 6/8 right now but with my skin I have I really have to stick to Missy sizes because juniors are kind of too small in the from. With my panni gone I could prolly be a 4. Hopefully next year! It is very doable you just have to get creative!
