Hoosier Accountability - Saturday
Hi everyone! Boy, it's been a busy day. The Post Office is NUTZ this time of year!
Better today...
Breakfast: Hot Click
A little later: 1/2 of a Sausage McMuffin with Egg without the top muffin, about a cup of orange juice
Lunch: With friends at Galo's, an Italian restaurant here in Richmond... about 1/2 cup Italian Wedding Soup, 5-6 bites of cheese ravioli. My husband LOVES it when I get an entree instead of just an appetizer because HE gets the leftovers, and there's always a lot!
Dinner: Small salad with cheese, bacon bits, French dressing
Snack: Kettle Korn mini bag
Water okay, protein good. On my feet all morning at the Post Office, that was my workout for the day. I'll go to the gym tomorrow afternoon.

d: 4 slices of pepperoni, cheese stick and tomato sauce
(hmmm, i think i had a crustless pizza now that i think about it. LOL)
s: SF rice krispy treats made from Sherri's recipe.
I am craving cheese for some reason. I bumped up my protein bullet today to get more in my juice.
I had a pretty good day all in all.
