I LOVE IT! I have hot Click every morning for breakfast. I mix it with milk, enough to make two big mugs. It tastes like mocha hot chocolate and doesn't have that nasty protein taste. Made with milk (the way I do it...I use a little extra milk so it's not quite as strong an espresso taste), two mugs gives me close to 25 grams of protein to start my day, and I'm not hungry for hours. I microwave it for 1 min. 20 seconds, and it's perfect.
There is an advertisement running on the OH banner all the time, and if you use the code OBE, you get either $2.00 off of two canisters, or a free Click shaker. I mix mine with a hand blender, it mixes it really well and gives it a little froth on top.
Try it! You'll like it!

Holly,
Before you buy, find out how much caffiene is in it. I heard it was really high. The last thing you need is a protein drink that not only can cause ulcers but can also cause dehydration.

It's not excessive...I checked the web site and my two mugs in the morning give me about as much caffeine as drinking two mugs of coffee. Might be an issue if I drank it all day, but two mugs a day isn't too much, in my opinion. Especially given all the GOOD stuff that's in it. It works for me.

Jenny,
I'm glad it works for you...but actually, I'm shocked that it hasn't given you an ulcer as early out as you are. My AchievOne's has the same amount of caffiene per bottle as 1/2 cup of coffee and I won't recommend them to anyone less than a year out. My first ulcer was from ONE cup of coffee ONE time (my 2nd one was from a little bit of ketchup..when tomoatoes was 'allowed' for my stage). That taught me. I hope you are drinking extra water to make up for the caffiene (2 EXTRA ounces of water per ounce of caffiene containing drink in addition to the 64 oz you should be drinking). I've never been hospitilized for dehydration since I'm a huge water fan but I know several who have...it's about as much fun as my ulcer was.
I know how it is when you find something that really works for you...I love my AchievOne's..have an advertizement for it in my SUV's window even....but...I know that newbies are told to avoid ALL caffiene. After my experience with the ulcer, I can well understand why. I also know that everyone doesn't do so well with water. As good as the AchievOne's are (and they are terrific at 120 calories with 20 g of protein)...and they go down so well for me with no funky aftertaste...I try to keep the negatives in mind when talking with post-ops...especially newbies (which Holly isn't but I'm not sure how sensitive her tummy is to caffiene or how well she does with water). I know for myself, I had to watch caffiene intake pre-op..not because of ulcers or dehydration but because it affected my nervous system if I over-loaded on it. It would make both of my eyes twitch (try writing a technical report that way). They had to do brain MRI's to learn the root cause. Now..that was if I had a mountain Dew and a full expresso latte. So...really charge up the caffiene. But...it let me know that my body can reject caffiene so I gotta be careful. The AchievOne's are a safe level FOR ME..right now. I drink 2-3 per day...so total, that is 1-1.5 cups for the day...spread out over +12 hours with ALOT of water to flu**** down (I drink ~100-120 oz of water per day).
I'm really glad you found something that works for you. I hope that it continues to! I'm thrilled with mine too...now if only S&H could be cheaper! LOL!

Sounds like your system might be super-sensitive to caffeine. I wasn't told not to drink caffeine, but common sense told me not to overdo it. There are a whole lot of people on here who use the Click, and I have yet to read about one of them getting an ulcer. Obviously, that's not to say it hasn't happened, I'm just saying it is an incredibly popular source of protein (reading from the main message board) and I just haven't seen it cause anyone any problems. The only time I've ever had more than one serving (which I stretch out to two mugs) is when I have been incredibly low on protein and it's about time for bed (caffeine doesn't keep me awake). Sometimes I'll have 1/2 serving just to get some more protein in...but I rarely do that. Once I have it in the morning, that's enough for me.
As with everything else, we just have to see what works for us and what our bodies will tolerate. Now...if I ever DO get an ulcer, I'll let you know so you can say I TOLD YOU SO!
