Hoosier Accountability - Friday

Hey there everybody! Hope you all have a fun-filled weekend planned.

Not so good today...

Breakfast:  Hot Click
A little later:  Sugar free mocha latte
Lunch: About 3/4 cup homemade chili
Snacks throughout day: A few light Pringles, about 1/2 a small order of McDonald's french fries (idiot!), a few sips of Coke, about 5 chocolate kisses
Dinner: Three squares of thin crust sausage pizza

I could just SMACK myself when I do that. I mean, all in all and calorie-wise, I didn't do so much damage, it's just the idea of eating chocolate and french fries, I mean, come on, girl! Protein and water are good today, so that's something. I still lost when I weighed this morning (I weigh every other day), though just 1/2 lb. I'll take that for two days, especially when I've been a little "snacky" lately.

Back in the saddle tomorrow.

Breakfast: 1/2 of the inside of a beef and cheese burrito from Taco Bell (we were on the run again today)
Lunch: 1/2 c of the gerber sweet potato puffs
Snacks: Some hard candies for my dry mouth.
Dinner: 2 oz of sliced turkey deli meat and 2 slices of provolone cheese.

Jenny, sounds like you had a challenge today.

I did alright.  Not great tho.

B:  Cheese stick
L: protein bar
D: baked potato w/ cheese and a few bites of steak.

I snacked this afternoon with the kids and ate a handful of peanuts.

Hoping to get things going again tomorrow.
