Hey everybody! Hope you all had a great day!

Breakfast: Hot Click (of course!)
A little later:  About 1/2 sausage patty, got stuck so I threw the rest away. Dang...it was so good!
Lunch:  Turkey mini sub from Subway, a few light Pringles
Dinner:  One slice thin crust cheese pizza

Pretty good on water...a little behind on my supplements.

Have a great evening!

Were you able to eat a bun with the hot dog? I've had hot dogs, but always cooked over our fire pit and without bread. I love them, but I haven't tried one with a bun yet. Bread fills me up SO fast.

Had a bad experience last week. We have an Amish store near here and my family loves their dinner rolls, they bake them right there and sometimes they're still warm when I buy them. Anyway, they're very dense and heavy, and DELICIOUS. They still cook with lard. I ate about three bites of a roll and OH MY GOSH...the pain! When it finally came up, it was like throwing up a golf ball. (I know, too much information...) It just have just balled up in my stomach and totally blocked my stoma, MAN it hurt. Never again!
