I haven't been going to the gym faithfully anymore. Kind of let the wii fit take that place. Some of it is because of my Asthma and it's embarrassing to have an attack in public and if I'm by myself it can get bad quickly. Other is I'm embarrassed by my weight still. :( Our gym is full of FIT thin people. :( I just don't know. DH has to work a lot so he can't go as often as I'd like to. I mean I'm getting plenty of exercise in with the wii fit but it doesn't take place of the gym.

This is the very reason I love to go to Curves.  The memebers at Curves come in all varieties old, young, fit and well....not so fit.  Maybe when your membership comes due you can think about switching to Curves because lets face it, if your not comfortable you won't go.

My DH wasn't wanting me to do a women's only gym because he wants to go with me. :(

Well, ultimately the motivation has to come from you. If you're getting plenty of exercise from the Wii Fit, why are you bothered about not going to the gym? Exercise is exercise is exercise, and if you're using your Wii, you're probably doing just fine...and probably better than most people. Don't feel guilty...feel proud of yourself that you're exercising. Sounds to me like you're already motivated. It doesn't matter WHERE you exercise, as long as you do it.
