Hoosier Accountability - Tuesday
Hi guys! Been super busy, business is booming!
Not too bad today.
Breakfast: Hot Click
Lunch: About 3/4 cup homemade chili, a few light Pringles
Snack: Small salad with cheese, bacon bits, and French dressing
Dinner: Not sure yet...maybe some more chili
Worked out this morning at 6:00 a.m., great way to start the day! Spent the rest of the day in front of the computer. I'm just going to relax now and watch "The Preacher's Wife." That's one of my favorite Christmas movies.

33 lbs lost prior to surgery!
Okay, I don't think my RESTRICTION works. I ate a small banan today. the whole thing. Shouldn't I have felt STUFFED?
B: Protein Bar
S: small banana
L: boiled egg, deviled egg (while I was making them)
S: skinny cow chocolate milk with my unjury protein (Finally getting in the shakes!)
D: Fluff
S: 5 or so SF candies
I can eat a whole small banana if I eat it slowly. It's a mush food, so that makes it go down easier. Your restriction's fine, I'll betcha.
