Weather in Indy?

I'm planning to come tomorrow to the St. V's Christmas party.  That is if the weather holds up.  Troy has to be at work on Wednesday so we're driving up tomorrow and heading back when it's over.  It will be a long, long drive if it's snowing or icy.  I'll check the weather on the internet but I want to hear what you guys hear.  I sure do hope we get to make it.  I hate it that I had to miss the ornament exchange.  I love Brenda and Floyd so much.  I'll be so upset if I have to miss this one too.  It's just not fair that I have to live so darned far away!!!

It's supposed to be a high of 46 tomorrow with rain, so ice and snow should not be an issue.  Enjoy the party!

Thanks Christie.  Are the night temps dropping below freezing?  We'll be traveling home around 9:30ish tomorrow night.  Do you think the roads will stay ok?  I know it should get warmer as we travel south but we have a 4 hour drive.  I'm just trying to figure if it's going to be worth it or not.

I'm really a small town girl.  I know big towns take care of their road conditions better than I'm used to.  I really appreciate the help.

The expected low is 31.  The rain is supposed to be heavy.

I just got home from taking my son to music lessons, its almost 10pm and my car temp said it was 45 degress outside.  Its suppose to be nice for at least the next two days.
