another st v's christmas party question

is it acceptable to bring a teenager? my husband and i just got custody of our niece and i am worried about leaving her unsupervised.

The guy that sat at the table with us last year had his teenage daughter. I don't see why you couldn't

I don't see any reason why a mature teenager couldn't come. I don't think I would go much lower than high school age though. I think you'll see that this isn't an occasion intended for little ones.

My first year, instead of a DJ, they had a 3 piece group...violin, harp, and viola or something like that. Definately, high class. It has gotten much more comfortable over the years though and I think your neice will enjoy the dancing.

Its at the Ritz Carlton between 116th & 132nd St on US 31 on the West side of the road (to be specific) and it is tonight. Dinner at 6:30p.m. and D.J. starts at 7p.m. I plan on dressing up!!
