How much of the dry pudding do you add? They didn't tell us that in class.

Melissa,

I used the St. V's mix too. I couldn't stand the CIB. I ended up giving all that away. I added dry sf jello mix to it. The flavors I liked best were lemon or lime. The other flavors were just way too sweet. I would recommend that you just add a little bit at a time, taste it, and then add a little more until you get it to where your taste buds are happy. Remember that what works for one with protein may not work for you. Our taste buds are as individual as each of us are. When you do find something that works for you, don't buy it in bulk. Just because your taste buds like it today is no indication that you will be able to choke it down next week. I gave away SO much that first year!

Thanks Sherri. I bought the sample box of the Bariatric advantage flavor packets. I am not even going to try anything until after surgery. No use thinking I do or don't like something only to have it be different after surgery. Thanks for the info.

Like Sherri said, I just kept adding a little bit until I found the right taste.  That being said, I buy the little boxes of pudding and put about half a box in a full blender (4 c milk + 1 c dry + 6-8 cubes of ice).  Hope this helps,

Melissa
