Christie I mix my nectar fuzzy navel with half a package of south beach brand strawberry and banana drink mix (similar to crystal light).  Its yummy and I would drink it even if it wasn't protein.  I think it mixes up better if you mix it with water that is not really cold and then drink it over ice.  I have one most days on my lunch break at work.

Best of luck to you and Jeanna! We'll be thinking of you. You'll be glad you did it. After the first 2-3 weeks, it gets better and better. Heck, my first two weeks weren't all that bad, but you just have to let yourself recover. Don't over do it, and follow your doctor's orders.
