Gonna do this a little early because we're heading to Liberty for dinner.

A little better today!

Breakfast:  Hot Click
Lunch:  About 1/4 cup baked beans
Snack: About 5 light Pringles, two bites of a Reese's energy bar - too sweet so I gave the rest to my husband.
Dinner: Mark's mom's having roast and scalloped potatoes...I'll take it easy and go for the protein.

L: tuna w/ roasted garlic mushroom soup and peas
D: Probably yogurt

Since I have been off track lately I will post my daily.

B - Plain cheerios with skim milk
L - Tomato soup
D - Baked chicken in cream of chicken soup and 1%milk with brocolli
Snack - 1/2 protein bar and jello

B: Acheiv One shake
L: Beef broth
S: 10 small grapes
D: Nothing :( everything hurts to swallow I may try some more broth or something

Today is a pitiful day. :( I'm lacking in fluids and everything else but hopefully tomorrow I'll get some resolution or at least beginning of it. Im gonna call my Asthma doc to gimme a hand here since the Zithromax did a whole lot of nothing and I'm worse now than I was when I went into visit. I see a week of antibiotic shots in my future though. :(

Sorry to always post say late....

I think that Sundays are BAD.  I always want to eat everything!
I also bought some shrimp ****tail from Costco this weekend.  It is GOOD.  I way overate the shrimp.  I'm going to freeze some of it so I don't eat like a piggy.

B: protein bar
S: organic fruit roll up thingy
2nd S (cause that's how I roll today): 4 SF werthers
L: 8 good size shrimp (I don't know what I was thinking. I wish I got that overstuffed feeling but I don't....damnit.)
S: protein hot chocolate and about 5 more SF candies
Sneaky snack: another 2 shrimp
D: You guessed it....Shrimp about 6
S: 3.5 oz of fluff

P.S. There were two cheese sticks in there somewhere????

I did drink lots of water trying to avoid eating.  Ahhh, bad day.  But at least it was Shrimp and not chocolate and donuts, right?  Sure. I'm running with that.
