Hoosier Accountability - Saturday

I'm ashamed to post this, but if I'm going to keep myself accountable, I have to.

Breakfast:  Hot Click
A little later:  Skinny caramel latte, about 5 bites of a Jimmy Dean's breakfast bowl
Snacks, throughout day: Chocolate chip cookie, four pieces of chocolate, handful of Sun Chips, a few grapes, 1/2 brownie  I'm an idiot.
Lunch: Lunch Buckets chili
Dinner: Not sure yet, gonna keep it REAL light.

I've never snacked like this before, I don't know what's wrong with me. Gotta get it together.

I worked today so its been an easy day for me.

B Kashi Go Lean w/strawberries  turkey sausage
S: Nectar Protein drink
L: chicken white pizza
D: small apple w/ vanilla yogurt
S: sugar free hot cocoa

Jenny,  don't beat yourself up too much.  Tomorrow is a new day and a clean slate.  You will do better! 

I am not really sure what all i had today.  I had several things at the exchange.  Mostly a sample tiny bit of as many things as I could try.  I think I did well though. 

I had some ravioli with cheese for dinner tonight made with wheat pasta.

I did poor on my protein today but did get in my fluids.

Good luck tomorrow gang!  Im sure we will all do better.

Thanks Tracy...I've just done so well so far and I hate it when I mess up. I know one day isn't going to hurt me, I just don't want to start the old bad habits again. I think I'm upset enough with myself that it's not gonna happen.  Back in the saddle today!
