OK I'm Still Here!

Hello Everyone, I just would like to thank you all for everything! It has been pretty hectic hear lately of course! But not only did my Wife pass away on the 27th But my Daughters Grandfather passed Away on the 28th So It was Interesting!
But Best thing is I'm able to still be in my Step-Daughters life!  She's a little lost right now living with her Grandparents and her Mother not around and not being in her own room. So I would appreciate your prayers for her she's only 4 and has been through so much.
She still doesn't want to talk to me yet but at the Funeral she would look over at me and smile and hide her face. So it's just a matter of time!
And as far as my Health I've been doing OK with it. Just trying to keep up. I've got another Endoscopy Teusday to check the last one out. And Monday A DR. Appt. So Just take it one day at a time.

I am still thinking of you! I am so glad that you posted, I was wondering how things were going for ya! I am glad to hear that you are taking things one day at a time and that healthwise, it seems to be looking up!

Of course, I as well as many of your oH family will continue to keep both you and your step-daughter in our thoughts and prayers! Like you said, its  so tough for her right now! All of the changes and I am sure she is a little confused! Hopefully it will only be a very short time that she will be running iinto your arms and you can hug and snuggle with her and give her some peace and comfort! God will help you as well as her! He will lead you both!

Are you going to be at the ornament exchange on Saturday? Hope to meet ya! It would be great to see ya there and a great way for you to meet so many of us and get those much needed family OH hugz and support! Thats what we are here for! Keep posting and know that we are here for ya, k?

Im so sorry for your loss.
Also im glad you get to see your little stepdaughter,she needs you in her life right now with the loss of her mam.
Im glad you are feeling better it is a bumpy ride for some of us but it is so worth it..

Rick, I was glad to hear from you as well.  Tori will come around like you said, and she will find comfort in spending time with you.  Her little life is all mixed up and she will find that you are one person she can count on to be there.  She's a lucky little girl to have you.

Im so sorry for your loss.  I hope that emotionally you are doing ok as well.  It's good to hear you are keeping up on your surgery follow ups and all.  I have been thinking about you and the testing they were doing to see if you were having problems. 

I will keep you in my prayers and hope to see you at the ornament exchange.
