Hoosier Accountability - Wednesday
Wow, what a day. Started typing at 3:00 a.m., then went to work at the Post Office from 7:00 - 5:00. I'm beat! Terrible day as far as my well-being is concerned...I still haven't taken any vitamins, didn't drink enough water, didn't eat well. Tomorrow will be better!
B: Coffee, then a skinny mocha latte on the way to work and part of a chocolate muffin...didn't eat much of it because it wasn't setting too well. Serves me right.
L: Turkey mini-sub from Subway, a few sips of Coke
S: Banana
D: Lunch Buckets chili
Really low on protein...need to drink some milk or something.

I haven't done so great today. I was hoping to make up for things yesterday since I was so snacky but we ate out and you know how that can be....
B: I didn't eat anything, I drank some water?
L: we had cracker barrell and I ate 2 turkey sausage patties, 1 scrambled egg and a bite of a pancake (i logged that I ate 1/4of the pancake but it really wasn't anywhere near that I don't think it was a kids size one).
S: AcheivOne drink
S: no sugar added 1/2 c of diced pears
D: I ended up changing my dinner around. I did a little over 1/4 c of lite ricotta cheese, 2.5 oz of lean ground turkey, 1/4 c of pasta sauce and 1 oz of mozarella.. DH and my mom will have pasta still though
So far I have gotten 382 calories but I haven't gotten dinner done yet so I'm ending at 678 calories ? Too darn many if you ask me but I KNOW I need the calories, just making my brain understand that isn't so easy. :(
Exercise wise btw I've chased a 4 and 2 year old around for the past 5 hours and we went to Walmart and walked and I pushed a heavy cart and all that lol.
The 2 year old and I did 30 minutes of running in and out the 2 doorways of my kitchen for fun lol and then we danced for a good 25 minutes too. I plan on doing 30 minutes of step aerobics on the wii fit before bed.

Sorry about being MIA. We had two deaths in the family last week and one family member in the hospital seriously fighting for his life. We had family at our house all week. I pretty much ate cheese sticks and protein bars while at the hospital all week.
Okay, so I would like to say I officially weigh 298lbs! WOO! I broke 300lbs. I know that I am still a big girl but I thought it would never happen again in this life.
B: Zone diet protein bar...I love the strawberry one. I've been eating them for breakfast. 15g protein
S: teeny tiny piece of fudge (I mean just enough to taste) and a SF Werthers
L: 2 string cheese
s: 1/2 container of light thick and creamy yogurt, I was so glad that they started make the thick and creamy in LITE
D: Not really hungry...I think I will have some protein hot chocolate.
