Hoosier Accountability - Tuesday

Sorry I've been hit and miss lately, my business has kept me VERY busy.

Breakfast: SF Hot Chocolate, then SF mocha latte
Snack: A few potato chips (smacking hand)
Lunch:  Small salad with cheese, bacon bits, and light French dressing
Dinner:  A little dab of beef & noodles, almost got stuck, but went down.

Gonna work a little more, then pick my Mom up and go walking around the Christmas festival this evening. Gonna be a chilly walk!

So far So good...
B kashi go lean w/ strawberries
S: nectar protein drink
L: 1/2 south beach pizza
D: taco meat w/lowfat shredded cheese

I have switched up the way I was doing my work schedule because I wasn't getting enough fluids in.  Now at work on my lunch break instead of eating I am drinking a protein.  This seems to be working much better for me, I had to make a decision food or water lol.

I'm doing okay I think, I've been a pig today and very snacky. :(

B: Yoplait light yogurt
S: AcheivOne protein drink
L: 3 oz of taco meat with about 1 oz of cheddar cheese
D: 1/2 c ricotta cheese with 1/4 c of pizza sauce, 1 oz mozarella cheese and 1/2 c of green beans
S: 8 oz glass skim milk


I seriously feel like I ate a ton today and feel sooo piggish.

I was so out of it yesterday.  I was down so low I had to look up to see the floor.

I didnt have a good pouch day either.

b: pure protein bar
L: turkey fajita meat and shredded cheese
d: SF popsicle

Drank about 20 oz. of water and 4 oz. of juice.

Hoping today is better.
