Things are looking UP- I GOT a JOB!!!!

Well I am so excited and have had some weight lifted off of my shoulders a bit! YEAH!

I had interviewed on Monday with a store mgr and had a 2nd interview today with DIST. Mgr, and was offered a MGMT. position! I am so excited! I have been praying for a JOB, anything, to keep us afloat and moving forward, and God has come through!

We will still be doing a VERY limited holiday, financially won't be stable till after the fact BUT- the stress is being eased by just knowing that it is coming and it is within reach!

Thanks for all of you that have shared your kind words and encouragement and that have kept me in your thoughts and prayers! I deeply appreciate it!

I have so much to be THANKFUL for this season!

My final destination after training will be right by your house- not too far= KFC/A&W combo store @ Pendleton Pike! I will be training @ 71st and Keystone. Unfortunately, orientation is the morning of the ornament exchange- BUT I hope to still make it -just late! I am hoping the COLONEL continues with GRILLED chicken-  oohhh the temptations, being this far out! UUGGHH! I can do it, though! They have salads, too! Yummy!

We have put the tree up last night and have been decorating the yard, have to take a break from the yard, though! Lil Mark is playing in his first HS Basketball game tonight! We will work on the yard some more tonight, after the game!  GO ENGINEERS!

I can't think of-hand where the combo place is. I hope it's far enough east that you clear all the darn road construction that has been going on. Floyd & Brenda will probably stop in for some grilled chicken too knowing that you're going to be there. You'll have to let us know what shift you're on, etc so we'll know when the best time is to pop in. Oh...and when your slowest time of the day is..so you have time to say hi back.

Hope you had a great turkey day! My family is coming back tonight to help eat all of the leftovers, woohoo!

The KFC/Combo store is in KMARTS parking lot, on Pendleton Pike!

I am not sure how long I will be at 71st and Keystone for training, but shouldn't be too long! I will keep ya all posted! Hope to see and visit with you all! Hopefully the grilled chicken will be on the colonels menu for a long time,lol. My lil sister loves it!

I can't wait to get started and receive a check! I will get a very small one on the 22nd- stocking stuffers, here I come! Hehehehe!
