Hoosier Accountability - Sunday
Hi! Gotta make this a quickie. Just got back from meeting my daughter and her boyfriend and taking them out for lunch, now I'm heading to Liberty for dinner with my husband's family. Awesome! Anyway...
Breakfast: Hot Click
Snack: One mozzarella cheese stick from Arby's
Lunch: About 1/2 an order of mashed potatoes with bacon and cheese at TGI Friday's.
Dinner: Hot Click, probably a little bit of chicken
Have a great evening!

I am having a good eating day...trying to get in all my liquids for the day yet tho
B: 1/2 chicken breast w/ cheese
L: Turkey chili relleno casserole ...yummy
S: yogurt
D: probably more casserole ...yummy ..oh did I already say that?
I am struggling lately to balance how to work and get in all my liquids for the day. I had a horrible day yesterday with constipation and a belly ache. I even threw up my powerade zero yesterday. I need to really buckle down on this.

Jeannie,
Here's afew tricks I do to get all my liquids in...and then some....
(1****ep a water bottle with a pull-top with me 24/7. We have 6 of them in the fridge (24 oz each). We like our tap water..but for me, it HAS TO BE cold. So...we refill it and fridge it. No matter how quick Bill or I are drinking water, we always have some in there cold enough for me (he can handle them luke warm...yuck!). I also have several other pull-top bottles for other beverages. I find those easier to handle especially when I'm driving. I don't have to fool around with taking off the cap then & risk dropping the darn thing.
(2****ep decaf tea made up in the fridge. Bill likes it with no sweetner at all but I'm a woose. I make it up by the gallon..but pour out of it into a 1 quart & add sweet & low to it. I fill up my 24 oz pull top bottle from it.
(3) I buy Fuse Slenderize drinks. They come in a variety of flavors and are only 20 calories per 16 oz. I can usually find these on sale at Kroger (usually 2 for $3 or 10 for $10...if I'm really lucky).
So..if I ONLY drink 1 of each of the above, that is 64 oz! I typically don't only drink one though so I normally get in ~120 oz per day. I know that some people were told otherwise, but I was told not to include my protein drinks or anything else that is not low cal as 'water' so I don't.
Do me a favor and post the recipe for your casserole. It sounds really good!
