Hi Y'all!! Had a pretty good day today...very busy with my business, but got a lot done.

Breakfast:  Hot Click, one slice 35 calorie toast with peanut butter
Lunch: Lunch Buckets chili
Dinner:  One slice thin crust cheese pizza....YUM!!!
A little later:  Mini bag Kettle Korn

Breakfast: Oikos yogurt w/ pumpkin/nuts/carmel syrup added and protein powder
Lunch: Vegetable soup
snack: 100 calorie bag popcorn
dinner: hawaiian chicken on the grill here at work.
snack: sliced cheese and bacon

This morning I was 144.0....How's my Turkey Day challengee's doing. Only 6 more days to go.

HIGHEST 300 POUNDS!
Sept 07...284lbs.
surgery day 4/16/08...223lbs.
11 months Later...133lbs.
TOTAL WEIGHT LOSS
167lbs.

I had a good day...
B: grilled chicken w/ cheese
S: Nectar fuzzy navel protein drink
L: Turkey sausage w/cheese
S: graham cracker w/pb2
D baked pork chop w/ mixed veggies

I haven't done my dailyplate totals yet, but wanted to make sure I posted.

I'm going to try to post earlier....

I am feel like I am eating WAY too much.  I tried to be careful today.  Damned obesity!

B:  2 oz. Fage yogurt w/ 1oz SF jam and splenda....not bad.  I hadn't tried the Fage yet.  I've had it for a while but wasn't sure what to do with it?  It was cool.  I'll buy more.

S: boiled egg

L: Protein shake....YUCK!  But I did it, drank the whole thing...and wanted to PUKE for about 3 hours.

D: 2 slices (very thin) ham, 2 cheese sticks

S: 2 deviled eggs

another snack: Zone diet protein bar

Whew!  That is it....ugh.

That really doesn't sound like a bad day to me, Candy. Looks like you got quite a bit of protein in and I don't see many carbs.

For Friday....

Hmmm...started my day with a lovely barium shake for my upper GI. But....I had a Mocha Java Achievone waiting for me in the truck...all chilled & ready to drink!

B: I ordered Eva Lee's 'big breakfast'. I wanted a little of each thing on it: 2 eggs, sausage links, 1/2 Bisquits & gravy, american fries. I had 1 bite of everything except the eggs and ate ~1.2 of the eggs.
S: We had to park in the garage at the hospital so we had to walk right by the Java City so I got me a large decaf latte with sf vanilla and skim milk. A yummy way to get more protein in!
L: Mocha Java AchievOne
D: 2 bites of baked potato with fat-free sour cream, asparagus, ~2 oz strip steak, 1 tablespoon of mushrooms & onions.

I also had ~110 oz of water/decaf sf ice tea.

Today..I guess I'll pick at yesterdays left-overs some.
