Hoosier Accountability - Owwwww!!!! (Thursday)
I just got back from the Wellness Center....help meee....
Did 20 minutes on the bike, the hit the machines. The butterfly is what's killin' me. I can tell I'm gonna feel those muscles tomorrow, big time! Oh well, it's for a good cause!
Breakfast: Hot Click, one slice of 35 calorie toast with peanut butter and a little jelly
Lunch: About 3/4 cup homemade chili (rats, it's gone)
Dinner: Small salad with bacon bits and cheese
After workout snack: Banana.
A little later: Mini-bag Kettle Korn
It's snowing now, and it's BEAUTIFUL!

Breakfast - 1/4 cup of cottage cheese
Drink- Venti skinny iced caramel latte
Lunch - 1/2 a cup of veggie beef soup. (mostly broth)
Snack- small handful of dry roasted peanuts
Dinner - Eggface's italian meatloaf ( 4 oz)
one bite of asparagus.
Later- sug free hot cocoa.
I will make myself do at least 15 minutes on the Wii Fit after I get my daughter to sleep.
I ate a lot today..ugh

dailyplate counts for the day are 824 calories and 104 grams of protein. I guess on the upside of things I did get in a lot of protein, very little veggies though.

33 lbs lost prior to surgery!
D/h bought me a recumbent exercise bike a few weeks ago so i do 15 minutes 3-4 times aday plus running (okay walking)up and down stairs doing laundry...
B/f hot choclate with protein
Lunch a small bowl of homemade vegtable beef soup.
Dinner a small chicken breast,2 spoons full of green beans and 2 spoons full of green beans..

Lunch: chicken livers from Gray's YUMMY
dinner: Grilled chicken breast
snack: bacon and cheese ( see a pattern @ work) Keeps me from eating sweets LOL

145.5 this morning...back on track Yeah!!!!

I am having BAD munchies in the evening...I ate a LOT today.
B: 3 oz oatmeal w/ splenda and cinnomon
L: 4 deviled eggs (like 4 halfs with very little stuff in them)
S: string cheese
another snack: power bar whole grain....I love these! They are so bad. 250calories and only 10grams of protein. But they have fiber and I think it is helping out.
D: 2oz hamburger w/ slice of cheese, tablespoon of mashed pots and tablespoon of corn
S: 3 prunes
another snack: hot chocolate, one regular pack and one sF (I can't do the SF by itself....ick) I put some SF syrup in it and some lite cool whip
Late late snack: string cheese and two more deviled eggs
OH MY GOODNESS. That is more than I have eaten since surgery. I feel kinda guilty.
