Hoosier Accountability - Wednesday

Good evening, all!

What a day! After spending most of the day in Indianapolis yesterday, today I had to really hustle to catch up my work. I got a lot done, thank goodness, and even managed to clean my kitchen. Gotta get up from this computer occasionally, y'know.

I start at the Wellness Center tomorrow. Hopefully there will be someone there to help me get started on a program. If not, I'll just start out with 20 minutes on the treadmill and do some free weights.

Breakfast:  Hot Click
A little later:  Zone bar
Lunch: About 3/4 cup of homemade chili - yum! That stuff's better every time I warm it up.
Snack:  One slice of American cheese, 3 thin Cabaret crackers
Dinner: I'm making some Chicken Alfredo (don't be impressed, it's Betty Crocker).  Probably won't be able to get much of that down due to the pasta, so I'll try to pick out the chicken.

Gotta get some eBay stuff ready to ship...hope everyone has a great evening!

I see you love Kettle Corn too! Those mini-bags are perfect, aren't they? They keep me from overdoing, they are just right.

I see you also have Dr. Mattar...I saw him yesterday. I gave him the biggest hug and thanked him. He is such a sweetie!

I missed your turkey day thread...I'll go back and jump in!

Hi Leah! Those stalls really stink, don't they?? I've found, though, that once I get off one, I lose really fast for the next few days...so there is a silver lining!
