Good morning Indiana!

Well, this morning my dad is at clinic so I don't have to do dialysis.  I thought I would sleep in but like always my dogs have other ideas.  Oh well!

I am sorry to hear about everyone trials.  Sherri, maybe you will really like the new lady???  You might be surprised.  We'll keep our fingers crossed!  Linda, I am so sorry to hear about your sister. I hope she gets the best news possible today.  Michelle, this episodes are dangerous.  I hope they find a solution for you.  Maybe you should stop and take the nap BEFORE you start driving?  I use to have a long commute and it was hard to stay awake some days.  I took my hands free unit and talked on the phone while I drove.  Could you try this?  Catch up with people you don't get to talk to that often?

I need to go to the grocery today.  I was going to take my grandmother (Gaggy, is what I have called her my whole life.  She lives with my husband and I.).  But she is sleeping and I never get quiet time....I don't want to wake her up.    It's so nice when she is sleeping.  I think I might read.

I made deviled eggs last night.  Someone posted about them last week and I have been thinking of them since.  I had some this morning and they didn't sit so well.  Dang it!  Who knows?  My pouch is being a bit picky this week.

I have to lose 3 pounds and I will be back in the 200's.  I started at 375lbs.  I'm trying to stay off the scales so it says 200 something when I get back on.  Typing this I can't believe I got so dang fat.  But I did.

My PCP thinks my iron is low.  I do have to go get blood taken today.  I am a bit dizzy from time to time also???  My blood sugars are good.  Who knows.  Life after WLS is so full of surprises.

Hope everyone has a GREAT DAY!

Hi Ya'll!
Sorry I missed lunch w/ ya Sherri. i would have loved " to do Lunch" w/ you. I had to run Tyler, this morning, to Great clips to have them FIX his mohawk. He tried to trim it up w/ his shaver last night and the thing broke on him. LOL What is it w/ my kids and cutting their own hair. ( Keeps in mind he's 16, so It wasn't as bas as Bellas, LOL)Then I was off to the gym for upper body w/ my trainer. Whew I had an awesome workout. Burned 375 calories.....I am back to watch Last nights episode of The Biggest Loser anf then get ready for work.

LInda:I am sorry to hear about your sister.M y grandpa had lung cancer and was able to beat it many years ago. Hugs and kisses
Sherri Good luck w/ your 8 whole days of work left this year.
Tracey: I am making fleece scarves for alot of people this year. I received one last year and absolutely loved it.
Michelle, Honey you better be careful. Terry used to work 12 hour shifts overnights when he first started at the prison and we lived in Ellettseville ( 45 min. away) He used to pull into arby's and take a nap all the time.He did that for a year before we moved up here.
Carol: Sorry to hear about your Gall Bladder....? wonder how much a Gall Bladder weighs? LOL

Have an awesome wednesday....

Shanna,
How are you making the scarfs if you don't mind me asking? I got a sewing machine for my birthday and I am not very proficient at it.  I wanted to learn to quilt but the place where I bought the machine (who offers classes free when you buy from them, aren't having any for a loooooong time!)
Are they easy to do?

Blessings to you all, Leah

Hi Shanna,

I lost 4 pounds after the swelling went down.  I'm not sure how much it actually weighs.  It probably depends on if it is infected or not.

They are just cut and tie knots on the end. I have never made them but I just googled the directions for them. I got the cutest fabric at Joann's on sale for 1/2 off the other day , veterans day sale. Now I am trying to get Ohio State...AARRGGHH. I was outbid on Ebay. 2 yds. for 28.00 OMG! OSU is really srtict about licensing, though. SO I knew it would be a challenge.
