Dan Packard needs our prayers

Some of you know Dan right? Well I received and email from him yesterday asking that I pray for him at 1:00 p.m. today as he is having some heart bypass surgery. I thought that if we all pray for him that would be better. SO LET"S HAVE A GROUP PRAYING SESSION AT 1:00 P.M.!! I have to go to St. Vincents on 86th street to my cardiologist today so I am going to try to check in on his wife ANN. I will let you all know what, if anything, I find out. Please pray for him and Ann. Thank you all so much! Michelle

Yes, Dan was a frequent poster here for awhile. He got pretty active in his ministries and we haven't seen him much for quite awhile. He & Ann were able to make a clothing exchange not long ago and I know that those who saw them were thrilled..and relieved to see them and know they were doing well at that time. I hope that whlle he is going through recovery that he'll feel up to visiting us on here again.

I will for sure be praying for Dan,  He has been a big support for me,  I think of him and Ann a lot.  I haven't talked to them in a long time.  He and my youngest son  hit it off and that is hard for some to do. Dan and I had surgery at the same time.  He is such a special person.  If you get to see Ann,  please tell them they are still on my mind.  Very very special people.

Thank You for the update and prayer request for both Dan and Ann!

These 2 are great people and have been through so much during Dan's WLS journey! He has been such an inspiration to many of us on here! He is also deeply missed on the boards as well- hope to see him posting again, when he is up to it!

DAN-I love ya and am hoping that you are facing a smooth recovery and are up and at em soon! I know that it will be a bit, but know that we are keeping you and ANN in our thoughts and prayers!
