If you need a wonderful protein bar...

I haven't posted in awhile.  But a wonderful person gave me this new protein bar, I promise you will love it.  14g of protein and 100 cal  ... OH YEAH! from GNC.  I love the Almond Brownie Oh Yeah!.  It is a little costly, but you can get it on sale or on ebay.  It takes care the the sweet tooth in a good healthy way for us while giving us low cal and high protein.

Thanks for the tip, Kim! It's hard to find a protein bar that you don't have to gag down. I usually get Zone bars, they're pretty good. I'll give the Oh Yeah! bars a try!

when do you get to have protein bars?

I was just told I could now have protein bars, but I was wondering which one to try, both for taste and also something to try while I am still getting used to a lot of solid foods.   I am ten weeks out today.
