Okay, SO I have challenged myself....From today until Thanksgiving I will not cheat! I will not take just a smidge bite of anything I am not suppose to have. I have been bad lately. Since my weight has slowed down to a crawl and I am so close to goal, I tell myself that it's okay...but it's not. I can't control it once I start ,so I am allowing myself to eat what I normally eat at thanksgiving, which at my mom's really isn't that bad because my dad is diabetic. Right now and after Turkey day I am getting down to goal!

Anybody up to join my challenge, I would like to post daily how we are doing. I might just do it on the accountability thread.....9 days and counting.....

Here's to a successful Turkey Day Challenge!

Shanna I had been doing horribly also.  No excuses why I just was.  I made a commitment to stop it about the same day as the accountability thread started.  I have had an awesome few days since the thread began and I started posting daily.  It forces me to track using the daily plate, when I started doing that I could see where the problem was.......too many carbs.  I started living by the theory "anything in moderation" ..well thats not a good theory for me.  Hope to see ya on the accountability thread!

Great idea! I think I'll tie mine in with the accountability thread so we're not repeating ourselves. Glad you got "specific," though, like no cheating! Argh! There were a few candy pumpkins left from Halloween and I attacked one a little bit ago. Last time!
