need help

i need to find out something if there is anyone that can help with an answer. i started with the bariatrics program last year and do to some troubles beyond my control i missed 2 apointments and was bumped from the program. they offered me to come back this past jan and call to reset up my apointments again. i was almost done and getting to being set for my surgery. due to not having a car of my own and not having a way there i never called in jan to start over. will i have to repeat the whole program again or just the visits? i need this surgery done. i,m scared that i,m not going to live long the way i am. please help me??????

I would suggest your calling your insurance & those who run the program.  It will be up to both of them on how they choose to handle it.
