It didn't seem too bad at first, but I do notice it getting worse.  I am taking two Biotin a day (5,000 mcg each).  I'm hoping that will help a bit.  I'm almost six months out, so I'm hoping it is almost over.  I have fine hair, so I think that is part of the reason why I notice it so much.  My family says they don't notice it.

I didn't find Biotin to help. I got thin in the front of my hair, so I cut it short to make it less noticable. It's all come back in though now. It does grow back.

I don't have a lot to add other than my surgeon says if you lost hair after you delivered a baby, you'll lose hair with bariatric surgery.  He says it's the body's natural response to rapid weight loss.  I lost a lot of hair after delivering my baby and I lost TONS of hair after my rny.  It started at about 6 months.  It just stopped last month.  I had three bald spots running from the front of my hairline to the back.  Now that it's growing back, it's gray and curly!  I've always had super straight hair but now it's got a lot of body.  I have no idea how to fix it!  My husband thinks it's hilarious because I look like I got a perm.  If I don't blow-dry it straight, it looks like I have a wig on.  It really is a lot different.

Just thought I'd share my experience.  Thankfully, it's growing back now.

Hope it helps in some way.
