Hoosier Accountability - Saturday - YIKES
Wow, I have not had a good eating day at all. I need somebody to kick my butt. It's still a pretty big target, actually...
Breakfast - Starbucks Perfect Oatmeal with brown sugar (ate about half), skinny caramel latte with a shot of protein, peanut butter cookie (argh #1!)
Snack - Trail Mix, one white powdered donette (argh #2!)
Lunch - Lunch Buckets chili, 3 thin Cabaret crackers
Snack - peanut butter cookie (argh #3!), one mug of hot Click
Dinner - beef roast, a few bites of potato, a couple of cooked miniature carrots
Wow...I haven't been eating sweets hardly at all, but today I just went nuts! Here I am, 3 lbs. from losing 100 lbs., and I screwed up like that. I could just SMACK myself!
I did do a little walking today, all over the Christmas Village, but not enough.
Okay, as Scarlett O'Hara would say, "Tomorrow is another day!"

B: scrambled egg w/ cheese and slice whole wheat toast
L: chicken curry
D: grilled chicken breast w/ onions
My dailyplate counts for today are 675 calories and 65 grams protein. I got in all my protein from food today woohooo.
My goal for myself this week will be to not eat bad carbs, I been slacking in that area big time and I know that is a slippery slope for myself.

33 lbs lost prior to surgery!
True confession is good for the soul. I am not eating well at all. Im plain just not eating.
B: Slimfast shake (2/3) and my vitamins... does that count?

Still having no appetite lately. The stress is really a factor in it all. I sure hope to be getting past this soon. I am getting in most of my fluids and some of my protein.
I see Dr. Gupta on Thursday so maybe that will help. I just don't want anything to eat. I will try to do better tomorrow.

Bad, Bad, bad....It was my one day off. What can I say?
Breakfast:2 eggs 2 pcs. Bacon 2 mini pumpkin Muffins ( Healthy ones :))snack:: DD donettes Minis ( I don't even like donuts, thats what sucks!)
Lunch: Tomato soup multi grain baguette from Panera
snack: a few bites of Bella's cc cookie ( From Panera...so It was totally worth it :))
Dinner: a few bites of Sonic Cheeseburger and jalapeno poppers
snack: More pumpkin mini muffins
Tommorrow def. is another day!

Girl, call me if you're having a rough time! You're done SO WELL and you're gonna continue to do so!
I've been really screwing up lately. I dont't eat sugar, but I have once again become a carb addict. Crackers, chips, etc. Yikes! I have 10 pounds to go to hit 200 lost and I need to do another 60, but I'm so scared it will never happen!
