Hey there Hoosier Losers! I finally got some exercise in today - raking leaves! That's a lot more strenuous than my walks, lemme tell ya! Plus the yard looks better. I got about half finished with the front yard, I'll fini**** up tomorrow.

Not a bad day eating...

Breakfast:  Hot Click, as usual
Lunch:  About 1/2 cup soup beans, cornbread (I'll be glad when the leftovers are gone. I love them, but I'm ready for something else for lunch)
A little later:  Small salad with cheese, bacon bits, and French dressing
Dinner: One cheese stuffed pasta shell with spaghetti sauce, a little milk

Water and protein pretty good today.  Got a lot accomplished today with my transcription, some house cleaning, and some yard work. I'm ready to make a nest on the couch and watch a movie!

5:30 am: AchievOne protein drink

B: Instant sf oatmeal, Activia yogurt
L: Beef wrap..that I only ate the beef & part of the veggies, sliced apple w/sf chocolate pudding
D: Went to Mexican restaurant & had: Bean & cheese dip w/tortilla chips, Ranchero's beans (has meat in it)

7:30 pm: AchievOne protein drink

I also had a Fuse Slenderize drink in the morning, 40 oz decaf sf ice tea, and 72 oz water for  a total of 128 oz fluids. I don't count my protein drinks as 'fluid' since they do have calories in them (as per what I was told to do early on). I had heard recently that you are suppose to drink half as many ounces of 'water' as what you weigh. So..if you're 160 lbs, that would be 80 oz. I usually come pretty close to matching my weight.

BTW..for those new out and seeing this...no, you don't usually need to drink protein drinks when you are more than a year or so out. I had some major problems last year though and was told to drink  at least two a day to try to be sure my body is getting enough protein. Some days, when my intestines have a super swollen day, my eating isn't too hot so I'll drink 3 Achiev Ones (20 g protein each)  on those days.
