Well, here we are at the end of another day...it's a rainy one around Richmond. Had another busy day...I'd love to just be BORED for once!

Breakfast:  Hot Click, one slice 35 calorie toast with peanut butter and a little grape jelly
Lunch:  About 1/2 cup soup beans and a little cornbread
Dinner: So far, two chicken nuggets from Wendy's on my way home from Muncie and a skinny caramel latte from Wendy's. Not hungry, so I don't know if I'll eat anything else.

A little low on water, but I have some time to work on that before bed.

So how was YOUR day?

Jenny I have to ask... what is a Hot Click?

Breakfast:  4oz of sugar free yogurt
Snack:  Protein shake
Lunch: Shrimp scampi, cottage cheese
Snack: 1/2 Banana
Dinner:  2oz ribeye, that did not taste good to me at all and I used to love steak!!!!  and the other half of the banana

It is so funny how the taste of things changes so much!!
Blessings to you all, Leah

Click is a powdered protein/chocolate/espresso drink. You'll see it advertised a lot on OH. You can fix it many different ways. There are 15 grams of protein in 2 scoops (which makes about two good sized mugs). You can make it with water, but I make mine with milk because I think it tastes better and it gives me even more protein. I heat it up in the microwave and it's like having mocha hot chocolate in the morning, but with low sugar, plus vitamins, minerals, and protein! I usually have two mugs in the morning and that gives me 25-30 grams of protein to start my day. And...it's *delicious*! Some people make a smoothie out of it with ice and different flavors of sugar free syrup...the sky's the limit!

Ok so today wasn't a good eating day for me.  Wasn't really hungry all day.

B: cottage cheese
L: Yogurt cup and strawberries
s: pineapple chunks
D: spinach and a half slice of wheat bread.

I walked the mall for exercise for about 1 1/2 hours.  Then I came home and cooked for the crew.  I am hoping tomorrow to get in more fluids and more foods that I really need.  I was just not having a good pouch day for some reason.
Have a great evening,
Tracy
