It is so funny how the taste of things changes so much!!

Click is a powdered protein/chocolate/espresso drink. You'll see it advertised a lot on OH. You can fix it many different ways. There are 15 grams of protein in 2 scoops (which makes about two good sized mugs). You can make it with water, but I make mine with milk because I think it tastes better and it gives me even more protein. I heat it up in the microwave and it's like having mocha hot chocolate in the morning, but with low sugar, plus vitamins, minerals, and protein! I usually have two mugs in the morning and that gives me 25-30 grams of protein to start my day. And...it's *delicious*! Some people make a smoothie out of it with ice and different flavors of sugar free syrup...the sky's the limit!

I walked the mall for exercise for about 1 1/2 hours. Then I came home and cooked for the crew. I am hoping tomorrow to get in more fluids and more foods that I really need. I was just not having a good pouch day for some reason.
Have a great evening,
