Shoot...I had sf pudding while still in the hospital! I am a huge fan of Splenda!

no sugar-free desserts...ever..???? Whew! I'm glad my doc never told me that cause I couldn't live by that.

I'm three weeks out from lap rny, I have lived on SF choc pudding since I got home.  I've lost almost 30lbs in those three weeks.

I would never say not to follow doctors orders, but it was on my approved list of foods for post op.

It is on my list of approved items after week 2.  I had an intollerence to it for the firs three months but just tried it again the other day and it worked fine.  I think we are all different and if it is a trigger food for you then staying away from it may be a good idea, however if you can handle it, it should be ok.

It was on my list as well.  I make the sugar free jello pudding and add protein powder to it.  Its a great way to get more protein in.
Blessings to you all, Leah

I still buy it by the case at walmart 77 cents a box.  I use choc milk 1% to make.  I get the cook and serve so no protien powder in it because of the heat.  I love the skin that forms on the cook and serve.
My fave desert to this day even at 18 months out.

For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to shew himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him. Herein thou has done foolishly: therefore from henceforth thou shalt have wars.
