Hi all! Another busy day for me...lots of transcription. My business is going great guns, but it sure keeps me on my butt in front of this computer a lot. I have to make myself get up and exercise. I get up every hour anyway and move around, but that's not enough.

Breakfast - Hot Click
Lunch - about 5 bites of leftover Hamburger Helper
Snack - most of a Zone bar
Dinner - about 3/4 cup soup beans, a little cornbread

Pretty good on protein and water today. Walked a little while shopping, but not what you could call "exercise." I'll resolve to do better tomorrow...

So how was YOUR day?

I had a crazy day but it was fun.  Got to spend time with my daughter house hunting and then some of the girlz in my dept. that just lost out jobs got together.

Breakfast:  Banana
S:  peanuts
L:  Green beans and ham
d:  chicken and some corn

not much snack time today so I might have a SF jello later this evening.  I did take a waterbottle everywhere we went today and got my fluids in.

I love this.  It made me really  think thru my meal options today.  I need this to keep me on track a bit more.

Thanks!
Tracy

I know it's late but I am gonna post it anyways...I can't sleep.

B: 3oz outmeal with splenda and cinnamon
Snack: protein shake and a few bites of FLUFF while I was making it
lunch: 1 thin piece of ham and string cheese (belly hurting again today? )
Dinner:  3oz. mashed potatoes.  These were the first potatoes I've had.  My belly was hurting so I was afraid to eat anything else I cooked.
