Hoosier Accountability - Monday

Hey, how's everyone doing this evening? I had a busy day.  I go for my 6 month checkup on the 18th and went to have blood drawn today...12 vials! Sheesh! Had to fit in my work around that. My mom & I went to an antique mall this afternoon - love those places! I'm a sucker for old china.

Not too bad today, need a little more protein before I go to bed...

Breakfast - Hot Click, one slice 35 calorie bread with peanut butter and a little jelly
Lunch - Salad with cheese, bacon bits, and light French dressing
Snack - A few light Pringles
Dinner - Cheeseburger macaroni Hamburger Helper - about 4 bites. Man, that stuff fills me up.

I'll probably have a little more Click later to boost my protein. I'm going to do a little upper body weight work in a little bit, then do a little housecleaning. Maybe I'll get finished in time to watch a movie later!

Have a great evening, everyone!

Way to go on the workout! I didn't get mine in, I HAVE to do that today...

Veggie corndogs sound yucky...but since you say they're good, I'll give 'em a try. I love corndogs!

Hey!  I'm glad we have started an Indiana food thread.  So, here it is....

Breakfast: 3oz oatmeal w/ cinnamon and slenda

Let's call it a snack:  1/4 biscuit w/ jam  ( I KNOW!!!!  My dad had homemade biscuits and jam.  This is the first BREAD that has touched my lips.  I felt guilty and it made me uncomfortable...that's what I get.)

Lunch: 1 slice of thinly sliced Ham and a piece of string cheese

Snack: couple of cucumber slices

Dinner:  4 bites of pork chop, 1/2 brussel sprout....now I am huritng really bad and want to I don't know why.  I KNOW it is coming back up.

snack:  I am going to try to get in a protein shake this evening.  I am still having trouble getting in the protein.  They all make me feel icky.  I have tried about 3 dozen types...no luck.  Right now I just want to cry my pouch is mad!!!!  I'll feel better when it comes back up I bet.  NICE!

The pork chop was probably too dry...that gives me a grouchy pouch every time.
