I went to see DR.Huse today! I got my drian out Oh HELL!!!!  That was interesting.
But I've lost 20lbs and I feel pretty good. And I smell better! lol! That drain stunck!
I've been kinda to my self a little since My Mother and Step-Dad left last Friday Morning .
I guess I'm just trying to wrap my head around this whole thing. Just walking and trying to get some kind of order to my life.

ST,V's was awesome. that's is the Hilton of Bariatric's. The Nurse's where awesome!!!!
I couldn't believe that DR. Huse actually showed up on Saturday and Sunday.
What can I say it was just PURE CLASS.
Talk to you all soon
Rick

Hi!   I have been thinking about you.  I read many of your posts pre-op.  I'm glad you are doing well.  I know you were really nervous.  I'm so happy they treated you right!  Congrats on the 20lbs!

I agree with you they should change the name to include Hilton

No one warned you about the drain??  I was told to take some pain meds before my appt and I did take some children's motrin... it still hurt like

Great job on your weight loss - keep up the good work!!

not all people get drains, I think it depends on the dr.  I will be getting a drain, ick!

Congrats on the 20 pounds! But question, does everyone get a drain? That is the first I've heard it mentioned, but I am new here.

I didn't have a drain either. I think it depends on your doctor.

Rick, so glad to hear you are of f to a good start.  The drain thing was interesting.  I agree.  I was just glad to be rid of mine.

I am proud of you for taking the time to yourself and thinking all this through.  It takes a little while to get into the swing of it, but I know you will do great.  20 lbs is an amazing start!  Keep up the good work.

Take care,
Tracy

Way to go Rick!!  Glad to hear you are doing well.  I had a drain in the hospital and they took it out before I left.  I was in overnight only and went home the next afternoon.  I can relate with the wrapping your head around the whole thing.  It is a change isn't it.
Fabulous about your 20 lbs.   Awesome!!
Blessings to you all, Leah
