question

Ok-so I was actually thinking about driving up to Detroit where it is cheaper and getting the lap band done, financing it and all--because of the insurance thing.  My surgeon's office talked me out of it, but maybe they will help me a little more now.  Anyway, They (surgeon's office)had told me that my insurance denied because I didnt have 18 mos of weight loss monitoring, but now they said that I was never "denied" they said that they requested more info--and it is only 6 months they need, not 18..GGGRRR.  Anyway, talked to my insurance.  Sent in all my medical records again along with the last 6 mos that they did not have.  Now the question (I know...I'm wordy!) The guy at the insurance told me sometimes they never "approve or deny" they just ask for info over and over.  They never answer unless you give them what they want!  I have sent them EVERYTHING.  What do I do if they ask for more?  I already told them that is all I have!
