I don't claim to be able to diagnose acurately, but I am wondering if you're having what's called a 'mixed episode' in bipolar. It's where you don't have a clear cut episode of mania or depression, but instead some symptoms of both. Because, I hear you mentioning being sad, but also things like racing thoughts and pacing. Has your therapist said anything about this to you? It's a possibility. Then that would lead me to say, if it's bipolar, anti-depressants *may* not be what you need. You may need a mood stabilizer, or one of the newer drugs that acts like one. I hope you have gotten an appointment with a knowledgeable psychiatrist, and one who will really listen to you.

There have been a few things mentioned possibly so who knows anymore. I just have to wait I guess.. Isn't the Seroquel a mood stabilizer?

Misty,
I am in Crothersville. It sounds like you and I have alot in common.  I have had so many physical problems this year and have been battling depression myself.  I have had a hard time just leaving my house at times.  So I know a little bit about how you may feel with that too.  I am new to this area.. orginally from Columbus.  I have felt that I don't have a friend in the world.
Here is my email....   [email protected]
Email me if you want and maybe we can get together and trudge through this together.  There is strength in numbers!  And two is better that alone.  I am also in counselling.  Also on anxiety/depression medicine.  So I can relate with all that too.
Maybe we can help each other?
Blessings to you all, Leah
