I'd suggest you bringing some low-fat string cheese with you. If you're looking for 'crunch', try baby carrots or celery (with laughing cow light cheese). You can also bake shredded cheese into 'crackers' by baking for 15 minutes at 350 on parchment paper.

Oh..someone mentioned fiber and that reminded me. I was having trouble getting enough fiber in for awhile. The nuts had recommended at least 30 g per day. I bought the Fiber One cereal (not the crunch) that is 14 g of fiber per 1/2 cup. I measured out 1 cup and put it in a baggie and munched on that in the afternoons. I ate it dry like it was popcorn.  That gave me 28 g of fiber that was fairly low in calories..2 more grams from veggies was no problem getting.

I like smoked almonds as a snack.  They're good protein and for some reason they satisfy my sweet tooth.

String cheese and a pear.  Pears have alot of fiber which fills you up and the string cheese is good protein.

Let's see

Breakfast:  4oz SF Yogurt
Snack:  4oz protein shake
Lunch:  4 pieces Turkey Bacon and 2oz cottage cheese
Dinner:  2oz of shrimp, 1oz of spinach and 1oz of peaches, no sugar added ofcourse
Snack:  4oz protein shake
