Hoosier Accountability

On the main Board, there are a couple of people who do eating accountability threads every evening, one for early outs and another for everyone else. I thought it might be fun to do that in this forum, to help each other out with our eating. I've gotten a lot of good ideas from reading those threads. So...here goes! I'm afraid my eating today won't be too much of an inspiration!

Breakfast:  Hot Click
Snack:  A few light Pringles
Lunch:  1/2 baked potato with cheese and bacon bits
Dinner:  The other half of the baked potato

Water throughout day. I'm heading out the door for a walk now to get a little exercise in. Have a great evening, everyone!

I am in need of some accountability, so I would love to see a hoosier accountability post daily.  I have had a good day thus far as far as eating goes.

B: Kashi Go Lean w/4 small strawberries
S: one slice of 100% whole wheat toast
L: Turkey & green beans
S: Protein drink
D: turkey lasagna

I added this on the daily plate and it was 486 calories and 78 grams of protein.

You are having a good eating day! I plan to do this daily, as it really does help when you see what you've eaten in black and white. Also, further down the thread there are some new things I haven't tried, like the pomegranates.  That's what I found at the Main Board, so I figured folks would like it here, too.

Hope to see you daily!

This is a really cool idea.  I will have to try to keep up.

B:  Cottage Cheese
L: Chilli
S:  String Cheese
D:  Pork Chop and green beans
S:  SF Jello cup

Trying to get in my fluids during the Colts game.  Kinda hard when you are yelling at the TV.  LOL

I always miss a snack during Church on Sundays.  Trying to figure out how to get that in.

Thanks, Tracy

A lot of peeps rave about he click protein on the main board. Here is a link I found with some infor about it

B) EAS protein drink.  (dont care for them..Atkins is much better)

S) 1 slice of boar head turkey and one slice of provolone cheese

Liter of water

L) v8 juice and Atikins proteinbar

Havent had supper yet...

Oh...well, if you are trying to stay off caffeine, the Click won't work for you. It has two shots of espresso in each serving. I make mine with milk, then microwave it. Gives me about 25 grams of protein and it is GOOD. That's what I have for breakfast just about every morning. I used to get a skinny latte from Starbucks, but the Click is just as good and has lots of vitamins and minerals to boot. Caffeine doesn't bother me, thank goodness!

Thanks Jenny,

I just wondered what it was.  I had never heard of it.  I wouldnt be interested in trying it becouse not only of the caffine but I dont even like coffee or expresso but Im sure its a godsend for ppl who love that flavor.  Thanks for the info.   Always good to learn about new things.

I usually dont have any trouble getting my protien in.  I have found all kinds of new Atkins protein bars and I love their chocolate shakes!!!

I haven't been brave enough to try pork chops yet...dry meat always gets "stuck" with me, and I usually see it again. Have you had any trouble with them?
