off to the mission stores to look for a coat

I am going to the mission stores to look for a winter coat.  My old one goes around me once and a half.  My son fits in it with me.  LOL.  I am gonna pick myself up and go out and face the world.  I think it's gonna be fun.  Then later today I will be going to the mall to meet Janene and Kim.  I just can't wait.  I am going to start a box of clothes for the next clothing exchange soon too.  I am gonna try to enjoy myself until I find another job.

Attitude is half the battle.  (and keeping my pouch happy)

Many people have asked me how I tolerate my medical stuff with a smile. I can't agree more to your statement that 'Attitude is half the battle'.  You are SO right!

Sherri, thanks for the comments.  Janene was just telling me this afternoon how awesome you are.  I told her I could already tell even though we haven't met yet.  We are planning to come for the ornament exchange.  I can't wait to meet the rest of the group.  I"m so excited.

Way to go girl- don't feel defeated- God has someplace better for you! My BF just lost her job of 14 yrs. very unexpectedly, & is doing the same!!! Take it a day at a time, keep believing and looking for the right job for you- and be sure to collect unemployment while you do!That is what you paid into & deserve! Keeping  happy thoughts and prayers going for you!

I am just so blessed to have you in my OH family.  I know without a doubt that you girls on here will bring up my spirits and help me to get thru this.  I believe there is something out there that I need to find.  God is preparing it for me.  So, I just pray that he will lead me to it in his time.
