Good Saturday morning
I havent been able to get on here Thurs or Fri cause of starting my new job. Which I am loving by the way. In just the 2 days, I have felt a ton of bricks lifted off of me.
Anyway I am doing well....no complaints.
It is very chilly out there this morning.
Just wanted to check in and see how you all were doing.
Hope everyone has a great day.
Good morning!

I haven't been on for quite a while because I have just been too busy!
Where I had back surgery has been bothering me again. It will have been 3 months on 11/18 and the pain is sometimes VERY unbearable! So yesterday I went and had another MRI. They are looking a a relapse of herniation and to see if the disc collapsed. If so, another surgery looms in my future. I can't exercise and for those who know me, know how much I loved to exercise. I feel flabby all over and I HATE IT! I'm not sure if I will ever be able to exercise like I used to again. Makes me VERY sad! We are also looking at pain management.
Today I am baking. I am selling pumpkin rolls ($12.50), peanut butter fudge ($5/lb), light and fluffy Snickerdoodles ($4/dz) and chocolate covered pretzel sticks ($2.50/snack size bag) as a fun raiser for Lashbrook Family Ministries, Haiti whi*****ompasses In the Father's Hand Children's Home, Grace Children Adoption Home, Grace Christian School and Grace Chapel. 100% of the proceeds go to them as my donation. I am trying to raise $2000 which will help them ship crates of food from the states to Haiti to feed the children. Last year, I helped my niece fund her mission trip there by raising $1200 doing the same thing. I've had a very slow start, but today I have 15 pumpkin rolls to make and 8 or 9 lbs of fudge. Can't make it sugar free, but there is a lot of people that buy it for their holiday meals and pitch ins and saves them time. I so enjoy doing it. (the part I don't enjoy is smelling all the sugar in the air---it makes me dump sometimes and I have to lay down!!!!)
On 11/20, I am leaving with family for a few days and going to Phoenix for my son's "Big Fat Greek Wedding" just like the movie. They are renewing their wedding vows for her side of the family. If you've seen the movie, I AM the groom's mother. I don't eat beef and the mother was vegetarian. The bride's aunt just didn't get it. Funny, funny movie!
Well, better get going and get started. It takes a while to get that many rolls baked and cooled in the fridge to add the "creamy center". I'll be doing it all day!
Well, I posted on all 3 threads.

The doctor has ordered a cope for Monday. I am very thankful all your prayers.

Jenny, I am so happy your job is starting out on the right foot.

Everyone have a great day. Love to all.
