Esophagus Pain, HELP !!

I have been banded since 6-12-08. .Lately, I noticed that when I drink or eat sometimes my throat hurts . It feels like something is always stuck.. ?? Not like sore throat just a small pain from my throat to my chest.. What is this ?? I can be eating or not and the pain is there.. not painful but unconforable.. Anyone have idea's ?? It comes and goes.. ?? I am scared ..

i was not banded but i had a similar problem....i found if i chew my food more and stay hydrated it helped....but if its enough to scare you i would get in touch with your surgeon....better safe then sorry...i will keep you in my prayers...please keep us updated...

sounds like you are to restrictied. Until you can get ahold of your doctor/surgeon stay on liquids then see him as soon as you can. Try to take it easy when drinking and DON"T EAT SOLID FOOD just incase it is restriction to tight because to tight of restriction and solid food can lead to dialated esophagus and food impaction.

I don't feel like I am restricted at all.??? I can eat??? I only have 5.5cc in my 10 cc band ?? I am soooooo confused..
