glucose tablets
Cassie,
I kind of experimented and now I know that it normally takes 3 of them for me to start feeling normal again. It all depends on how long it's been since I've eaten on if I go on a protein hunt or not. The best solution though is to avoid the low sugars if possible. For me, when my system is working normally, that means for me to avoid white potatoes, corn, peas, and anything else that is a high starch.
