I try and I know it is a process.  But it is so frustrating.

At this point you will NOT get everything in, its just the way it is.  Concentrate on getting your protein in, remember protein drinks count as your daily water intake.  Next get your vitamins in then the  other things will come in time, by the end of your first month you should be doing much better about getting everything in.  Its easier if you take it one step at a time, your first step is protein.

If it makes you feel better I am 5 months out and I struggle to get things in.  99% of the time I dont get something in!

We just do the best we can and keep plugging along.

I agree with Kim.  I am 5 months out and still struggle at times with getting everything in.  It gets easier for most of it.  But I still have my days.  Protein is the big deal at first tho.  I found that adding the protein "bullets" in the little tube to some juicy juice made it much easier to get it all in.  They have like 40 grams of protein in one tube of only about 2 oz.

SF popsicles help get the fluids in also.  I had to rely on SF jello as well.  It's all fluid and counts.  It will help you keep from dehydrating.

Good luck and don't get discouraged.  I promise it gets easier.  You should be proud that you are trying to do it right.  Keep up the good work.

Thanks for the advice... Where can I find these protein "bullets".  I think that adding them to juicy juice will really work for me.

I got mine at GNC there are two levels.  There are some that have 25 or so gm of protein, then there are some that have 45gms.
