anybody know anything about juvenile rights
Anyone out there in Indiana know anything about juvenile rights? I need some help for my son. Not sure if the cops were able to do what they did....please email me if anyone can help....I will go into detail then....don't need to do it here.

Thanks everyone for the prayers and the help. I wasn't able to get info in time and I am afraid I did the wrong thing

..but I DID get to a lawyer yesterday and he was able to get some answers for me. ONE thing I DO want EVERYONE with juveniles to know....just because the police SAY they have the right to do things...THEY DO NOT! 
Looks like since this is the first time for him to be in trouble...and he is an exemplory student it will be an informal hearing not a formal one...so no court. LeeAnn I will send you an email tonight when I get home from work. THANKS everyone...keep praying. Pray for me and Mark also...now the probation office is going to investigate us....they think we are bad parents for this to have happened. It also happened to 5 other kids... my son's friends. Pray for all of them and their parents also. WE have a probation appointment on NOV 10...Zach's bday
