Anybody help with our ticker?

Hey everybody!!!

If you will notice on our tickers it shows that Joe's has not been updated in awhile. I have updated it and cannot get this stupid thing off. Can anyone help in telling me how to get it off? Would appreciate any input.

I have tried under user settings and cannot get this off.

WHAAAAAT I am doing wrong? Can somone please put a spell on it before midnight and make it disappear?
