FINALLY A PROTEIN I CAN STAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE. 1 CUP NONFAT POWDER MILK AND 4 CUPS 1 % MILK MAKES 60 GRAMS OF PROTEIN. ADD HALF BANANA AND I ADDED A LITTLE SF VANILLA PUDDING AND ICE  MIX AND WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE. NEXT WILL BE STRAWBERRY.
