Happy Halloween everyone! I'm looking forward to taking my little monsters out trick or treating tonight. I have on Captain Jack Sparrow and one Winnie the Pooh! Gotta love the age gap!

Good spooky morning!
Got thru my TB test class last night. I am officially certified to give and read TB tests. It was very informational and I learned a lot. The instructor was going thru people that are at higher risk for testing positive and she gave the example of someone that has had RNY because the immune systems may be down more due to lack of vitamins. I said oh thats scary, I have had that done. You should have heard everyone. Everyone started asking questions about it and saying that they would have never guessed I was heavy at one time. I was really stoked. Anyway, just wanted to share that.
Going to my inlaws tonight and I am going to make simple southwest salmon. I was telling her about it and so she wants me to come out and make it.
No big plans for the weekend, hopefully just relaxing as I feel a chest cold coming on. Going to have to get some Nyquil. I dont want to be sick when I start back to my new job.

Happy Halloween everyone!
Tiffany decided to not take the kids out Trick or Treating tonight. They've all been taking their rounds with ear infections, colds, etc. So...after the little goblins are done knocking on our door, Bill & I are going to go to Tiff's to 'deliver' the kids their treats. I had borrowed a Tigger costume from Gail so that ought to look real cute me driving over to their house! LOL!
This morning, we're going to go see Bill's mom. I think she's going to be in rehab alot longer that the first projected 2 weeks. They are keeping her so doped up all the time! Her bf has also been trying to 'help' her by doing everything for her. The nurses finally had to tell him to knock it off. She HAS TO use her hands herself. He talked with me & Bill about it. Mad at the nurses of course. He is having trouble understanding why it is so important for her to feed herself if she's going to end up wearing part of it. I tried to explain to him how I had to do everything for myself after I was woken from the coma. They didn't feed me..and Jean can hold a spoon ALOT better than I could. They didn't brush/comb my hair. They didn't do all the washing of me..I did what I could. No one pressed the 'call button' but me or picked up the telephone. He had been doing it ALL for her. He kept saying 'but she'll get the food/water/etc all ovrer herself and she wouldn't want that'. I told him that if she doesn't like it, that she'll practice more until she doesn't wear it but she will never get better if she doesn't practice and in the meantime, the rehab center DOES have more sheets & gowns. I hope he's gotten over his bruised feelings about it and has gotten with the program of letting Jean do for Jean.
I have to have that x-ray done at 2. I do think that mock pill got hung up for a little while last night. When I went to bed though the swelling went down though and I think it was able to get beyond that point. I guess the x-ray will just depend on how far through it was able to get before I got up this morning since I swell up more the longer I'm up.
Bill's eye appointment went well yesterday. They were able to remove the stitches. They also put another bandage contact in and I think they are planning to keep one in all the time with monthly changes of them. That should protect the cornea from getting scratched up again. We're hoping anyway. His vision is getting better. He even looked accross the room AT me..not toward me..smiled, and waved! He was able to see me wave back! That was the first time he ever did that. I don't think he could see my smile, but it was huge!

Lucas stays after for a dance and then we are ging to get candy for the little ones,we have family coming up tonite so we they can go trick or treating in the hood (we live in a subdivision and on a cul de sac s its safer.
Yesterday was busy gt my hair trimmed and went to the funeral then dinner,then dropped andy and his gf off at the dance went to big lots(love that store) and then back to get them..whew im tired.
I wore clothes yesterday that i was swimming in,time to go shopping.lol

Happy Halloween!.....I haven't been on much, I have been swamped this week and haven't been home either. Terry's uncle passed away in California and Terry is going out there next week. I was gonna go but they are going for 5 days and I can't take that long off of work. Bummer, They were gonna pay for my ticket, too. Have a great SPOOOOKY night! I am glad it's going to be a warmer night than the rest of the week. Ty has football sectionals that I will miss some of the game to go Trick or treating w/ Bella. I hope PLAINFIELD wins....Go Quakers!

Happy Halloween everyone!!!
I had a wonderful birthday- thanks to all who sent me blessings & wishes!!! I am so appreciative of all of you on here!!! You can see by my post from my birthday wishes that I did have a great one! 60 is the new 40- 'cause I never really enjoyed my forty's due to my obesity & illnesses!!
Today I had to watch Bethany & Hunter while Amy took Aiden to the Drs. Poor lil guy has a horrible rash all over ,fever & runny nose- turns out he has a fungal infection & cold. He has been one unhappy guy for the past few days, The meds. they are putting him on for the infection have to be specially made- & it takes 24 hrs. to make them!!!Sounds alittle bewitching to me- hee~hee!!!!Good news- they have their gas turned on- thank the Lord! No wonder the kids are sick!!
DH is passing out pre-packed cookies for treats- & I'm letting him!
Whatever is left will go to the grandkids for their school lunches/treats. He gets a kick out of seeing the kids- all those yrs. he worked & couldn't have finally caught up. We watch silly old movies and just have a relaxing night. We live in a small town & usually have between 40-60 kids - depending on the weather.
Thanks Shanna for the picture of Bella- she is on my fridge so I can see her & smile at the butterfly! That was so sweet of you to send me one!
