Friend needs PCP near downtown or westside that is WLS friendly

A friend of mine is interest in having WLS but his PCP is totally against it.  He is looking for a dr in the downtown Indy area (close to work).  

Anyone have any recommendations?

my pcp is green wood medical  at 8820 south meridaian street suite 200  Dr. warren hoyt----317-865-6750    not excacly downtown but not far....Hes for the surgery....hope this helps...

 dr L degan off west laff road at the medothist medical plaza he helped with mine and i only seen him one time and he wrote me a letter. good luck
