I would have to bet that the sleep part doesn't get any better after surgery huh!!!! lol!!
I have sleepless night's and Long day's of sitting around the house.  I really can't afford to do this cause since I've been laid off, and will probably not return to work till December Money is very very limited. And Unemployment only pay's so much.  But I'm going to the Gym tomorrow and at least it gives me a place to use a treadmill that's close by! I should have done it 2 weeks ago and dropped some weight b4 surgery but oh well. 5 Day's And I am Ready. Just got the jitters.
And to everyone else going this week GOD BLESS YOU ALL!!
And everyone after this week to!

Actually, I sleep better now! After about a month I didn't need my CPAP any more. You have a lot on your mind, that's probably why you aren't sleeping well.  I hope things work out for you in your financial situation, I know how scary that can be. Been there, done that!

Try to focus on doing what your surgeon says and getting healthier. You have a new life to look forward to! You will be in my prayers.

I slept well before surgery and still sleep well lol.  I have a routine and even stick to it on the weekends so I suppose that helps.  I get up each morning at 6:30 to get my son off to school and stay up ..NO NAPS.  You will find that an exercise routine will help with most every aspect of your life, it sure has helped with mine.  Mentally exercising is the best medicine I have taken.  Good luck Friday, I will keep you and everyone else having surgery this week in my prayers.
