sagging after weight loss
How much, if any, lose skin you have depends on several factors. One is your age. The younger you are, the better chance you have of it snapping back into shape as you lose weight. Secondly, is how overweight you are (or how many times your weight has yo-yo'ed). The more the skin was abused & stretched, the less willing it will be to not sag. Third, the amount of exercise you do to firm it up afterwards.
You can knock yourself out doing all the firming exercises in the world which would be beneficial to tighten your muscles but if your skin is worn out from past diets, it's only going to bounce back so much. It certainly doesn't hurt to try those measures especially since it is good for your overall health anyway. Firming lotions..well..maybe they work a little bit, but not to an appreciable degree (I don't think so anyway and I went through BOTTLES of them).
Sometimes,...many times....you will end up with lose skin. Period. If surgery to remove it isn't an option then acceptance of it is. Lose skin is always better for your heart than to have it filled up with life-threatening fat.
